Account and Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Bingo 25 account and associated account data directly from the app.

Delete your account in Bingo 25

To delete your account, open Bingo 25 and go to Profile → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data deleted or access removed

When your account is deleted, the following information is permanently deleted or access to it is removed, where legally and technically possible:

  • Profile information
  • Username and display name
  • Avatar selection
  • Friends and friend requests
  • Private room invites
  • Match history linked to the account
  • Progression data, XP, trophies, achievements, and leaderboard profile
  • Problem reports linked to the account

Information that may be retained

Some information may remain after account deletion when it no longer directly identifies the deleted account or when retention is necessary. This may include:

  • Anonymous aggregated analytics
  • Crash logs that no longer directly identify the deleted account
  • Records required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or platform integrity

Unable to access the app?

If you cannot access Bingo 25, you can submit a deletion request by email. Send your request to:

Please include all of the following so we can identify the account and process your request:

  • Your Bingo 25 username
  • The email used for the account
  • A short message saying that you want account deletion

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. We may contact you if we need additional information to verify the request or protect the account from unauthorized deletion.
