Delete in the App
- Open QueueUp India.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm the deletion.
If your sign-in provider requires recent re-authentication, you may need to sign in again before deletion can be completed. Once the deletion request succeeds, your core account data is removed from active app use.
Delete by Email (if you cannot access the app)
Email sprt.queueupindia@gmail.com with the subject line Delete Account Request and include:
- Your phone number (with country code) or Google email.
- Your QueueUp India display name (if available).
We will process email requests within 7 days.
What Data Is Deleted
- Account profile data such as name, avatar, and preferences.
- Stored private profile data, including saved phone number details.
- Availability status and discovery presence tied to your user record.
- Push notification tokens and user-owned notification documents.
- Username reservation and app account access linked to QueueUp India.
What Data May Be Retained
- Messages you sent may remain visible to other users as part of their conversation history.
- Bug reports, player reports, and moderation or safety logs may be retained for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and legal purposes.
- Some party or chat records may remain where needed to preserve service integrity or explain past moderation and account actions.
