QueueUp India ("we", "our", "us") is a gaming matchmaking and chat app. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using QueueUp India, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
- Account data: phone number, Google sign-in details, and authentication identifiers needed to sign you in.
- Profile data: username, avatar, and profile preferences.
- Gameplay and discovery data: selected game, rank, language, availability status, related timestamps, and party membership.
- Chat data: direct messages and party messages you send or receive.
- Support and safety data: bug reports, player reports, report reasons, and related account details.
- Device and app data: device model, operating system, app version, and build number.
- Notification data: FCM tokens used for push notifications.
- Crash diagnostics: Crashlytics crash logs and related diagnostics in supported app builds.
How We Use Data
- Provide sign-in, profile, matchmaking, parties, and chat features.
- Show availability, player discovery, and party participation.
- Send notifications and important service updates.
- Investigate bug reports and improve app performance and reliability.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, harmful behavior, and policy violations.
Information Visible to Other Users
When you use discovery, party, and chat features, some of your data is visible to other signed-in users as part of the service. This can include your display name, avatar, selected game, rank, language, availability status, party membership, and the messages you send in direct chats or party chats.
How We Share Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with trusted service providers needed to operate the app, including Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, cloud functions, messaging, and crash reporting.
Authorized admins or support personnel may access player reports and bug reports when needed for moderation, safety, troubleshooting, and legal compliance. We may also share data when required by law or to protect users, the app, or the public.
Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account. Some records may be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Temporary availability entries may expire automatically after periods of inactivity. Messages, safety reports, and bug reports may be retained longer where needed for conversation continuity, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, or legal obligations.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
QueueUp India is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

- Turn off push notifications from your device settings at any time.
- Choose whether to submit optional bug reports.
- Request a copy of your stored data by contacting support.
